How do I place an order?

Simply choose your preferred color and/or size from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the “Add to Cart” button and proceed to checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes. After completing the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. Please note that this email may sometimes be sent to your Spam or Junk folder, so be sure to check there as well.

Can I cancel or change my order?

At this time, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed, as we begin processing it immediately.

I ordered multiple items, but only part of my order arrived. Why?

We work with multiple suppliers worldwide to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately at no additional cost.

As a result, you may receive your items in multiple packages delivered on different days. Please allow extra time for all items in your order to arrive.
